LECTURER

Mr. Chum Heng received his Master of Science in Electronics-Telecommunication in December 2023, at Hanoi University of Technology (HUT), Hanoi, Vietnam. He is Almost 20 years of working experience in the telecommunication industry which extends from Radio Frequency Planning and Optimization, Transmission Technical Support, Transport Network Planning and Optimization to Spectrum Monitoring System careers. Furthermore, he is also an author who wrote some books in the Khmer language which related to the telecommunication field.
